Ingleside, Ingleside Heights and Oceanview are a trio of micro-hoods in the city’s southern corner. Great for parking and schools, many see the area as an excellent investment; new additions along Ocean Avenue include a Whole Foods (2012) and a modern public library at Westwood Park (2009). Most small-to-medium-sized homes date from 1900-1940 construction, the most sought after being the Ingleside Terrace ones, where a massive century-old sundial is the centerpiece of the oval shaped streets with their own residents’ association.
