Visitacion Valley has plenty of green space. On a sunny hillside meadow, McLaren Park, the city’s second largest, is attracting more concerts to Jerry Garcia Amphitheater and Gleneagles Golf Course is receiving community beautification attention. It’s considered more affordable for first-time buyers, good for parking, transit and off-leash dog runs. Those settling in say its super handy for commutes to the Peninsula and Silicon Valley via Caltrain.
